We are excited to introduce a revolutionary lifestyle product, the likes of which are unique not only to the Costa Rican market, but the international market as well. Our vision is to create a floating satellite resort with a cluster of floating residences in the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf of Nicoya on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast.

At the epicenter of this water village will be a “Club House” with amenities that include an underwater restaurant, salt-water pool, mini-spa with showers, lockers and lounging deck as well as an activities center with water sports equipment such as jet skis, kayaks and water skis. Surrounding the floating Club House will be 16 luxury floating villas. These private guest houses will be available for full or fractional ownership as well as rental.

To ensure security and the highest level of comfort for our users, we have chosen a most advantageous location in the gulf, within serene, quiet waters, and just minutes away by helicopter or boat.

Given its exotic and romantic nature, we envision our aquatic outpost appealing to a diverse clientele, ranging from families and couples to travelers seeking unusual destinations. Additionally, the way in which amenities will be structured allows for users with varied interests to equally enjoy their time: Those seeking relaxation, can simply lounge on their private deck or commandeer a sail boat to the shores of the many secluded white-sand beaches dotting the gulf. Others, looking for adventure can snorkel, scuba or water ski.
