The visionary leader. Holding a PhD in Applied Mathematics and an extraordinary career spanning continents and innumerable successful businesses, Dr. Zaydelman is the architect of this vision. Driven by an overwhelming personal desire to positively impact the lives of his fellow human beings, Dr. Zaydelman began with a simple premise and then sought out the experts in every related field to bring forward one of the most innovative and exciting development projects on the planet.

Jorge Arias Mora
President

Jorge is responsible for business operations and strategy. Born and raised in Costa Rica, Jorge graduated with a degree in law (with honors) from the prestigious Universidad de Costa Rica. A widely respected lawyer, Jorge gives this development team its extraordinary focus on Costa Rica by Costa Ricans.

Edward Zaydelman
Co-Founder & COO

A hands on leader, Ed oversees communications, marketing and public relations in conjunction with a matrix of some of the best and brightest firms in the United States and Costa Rica. Holding degrees in both philosophy and economics from New York University, Ed is responsible for articulating and communicating the grand vision of Puerta a la Vida to the target market.

Victor Cañas
Chief Architect

We invited world-renowned architect, Victor Cañas, to interpret our vision into one of a kind residences that elevate home ownership to an art of living. Mr. Cañas  is the recipient of numerous national and international awards, a professor at the University of Costa Rica, an Honorary Fellow at the American Institute of Architects, and his work is published internationally in numerous Architecture publications. He will oversee the development of this project and provide strategic guidance within our architecture collective.

Medical Advisory Board & Center Staff

We have gathered a team of experienced physicians and wellness practitioners from around the world. Together they are forming a new kind of group practice where conventional physicians, many of them trained in complementary therapies, and seasoned holistic practitioners work together in collaboration. For all practitioners the chance to offer quality, integrative care in this healing setting is the realization of a long term goal, actualized through many years of hard work and dedication to this shared vision.
