Perched 300 M above sea level we found the 67 acre Gran Mirador. Its altitude affords some of the nicest ocean views in the area, cool breezes and incredible natural beauty.

The site had all of the strategic development requirements in place given its abundant and pristine water spring, fertile soil, excellent topography, and access to key infrastructure and utilities.

Walking through the property under the canopy of over 600 fruit trees, listening to the monkeys and birds around you, as you make your way down to the creek  - one immediately understands that this is a special place.
